We aim to get your order on its way quickly and to keep you informed at every step. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of being placed.

Delivery timelines

For most addresses across India, orders arrive in about 5–8 working days after dispatch. Actual delivery time can vary with your location and factors outside our control, such as public holidays or severe weather.

• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.

• For Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, please allow up to 10 working days.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping on all orders.

• Cash on Delivery orders: a flat ₹99 COD handling charge applies.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking code and link by email and SMS so you can follow it to your doorstep. If anything is unclear, reach out to us at connect@xenovaurban.com.

Our courier partners

Depending on your pincode, your order may be shipped through Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, or Ecom Express.

Marked as delivered, but not received?

This is uncommon, most of the time the parcel has been handed to a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or a building or office mailroom. If you receive a delivery notification but don't have your order in hand, please tell us within 48 hours of that notification.

We'll immediately take it up with our courier partner and work to resolve it. For genuine cases, once our investigation is complete, which takes around 10 working days and we will refund the full amount. Please note that if the issue is reported after the 48-hour window, we may be unable to act on it and cannot be held liable for the loss.
