Earn credits every time you shop with Xenovaurban, and use them to save on future orders. Here is how the program works.

How You Earn

  • Earn 5 credits for every ₹100 spent.

  • 1 credit = ₹0.50, so every ₹100 you spend earns you ₹2.50 in credits — an effective 2.5% back on your purchases.

  • You earn credits on all orders, including sale orders.

When Credits Are Added

Credits are added to your Xenovaurban Wallet after your order is delivered and the 5-day return window has closed. This ensures credits are earned only on products you keep.

How You Redeem

  • Credits can be redeemed on future purchases only — not on the same order in which they were earned.

  • Redemption is available only on orders above ₹999.

  • You can redeem credits for up to 20% of your cart value on any eligible order.

  • Credits are not redeemable on sale orders, clearance items, or heavily discounted products. (You will still earn credits on these purchases.)

Extra Ways to Earn Credits

Beyond shopping, you can earn credits by engaging with us:

  • Create an account — 100 credits

  • Complete your first purchase — 100 credits

  • Leave a product review — 30 credits

  • Upload a photo review — 75 credits

  • Refer a friend (on their successful purchase) — 250 credits

  • Birthday reward — 150 credits

  • Follow us on Instagram — 20 credits

Credit Expiry

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your wallet. We will send reminder emails before your credits expire.

General Terms

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts.

  • Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

  • Credits earned on an order will be reversed if that order is later returned.

  • Xenovaurban reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program with prior notice.
